The City Quays Gardens

Belfast Harbour Commissioners have awarded us this exciting scheme.  Daniel Dempster, Contracts Manager and Gareth McKenna, Site Engineer, will look after the work.  The contract period is approximately 9 months, with works having commenced on 20th November 2023. 

 

The project will involve developing a 0.88-hectare open space on the Lagan Riverfront in Belfast.  The City Quays Gardens project is part of the wider City Quays development masterplan, and the Gardens is the first phase of a significant public realm improvement scheme to the value of £3m.  

 

The works include: 

• New paving and kerbing works

• Soft Landscaping

• Construction of a contractor-designed feature nest gateway and swing seat

• Site furniture

• Electrical and mechanical services

• Signage and wayfinding
