Pierce Voted Quarry Manager of the Year 2022

Pierce Kirwan, our Craigantlet Quarry Manager, has been awarded the prestigious Plant & Civil Engineer Quarry Manager of the Year 2022 (Sponsored by Jabez Safety Solutions).

The accolade was presented during the glittering ceremony at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Belfast, compered by television and radio sports presenter Adrian Logan. The event was organised by Hillsborough-based Plant and Civil Engineer publishers 4SM (NI) Ltd. With 17 separate categories, the event is widely recognised as Ireland's premier platform of recognition for those operating across all industry sectors.

The judges commented, 'We were impressed with each of the 5 quarry managers making it to the final, but there could only be one winner, and that was Pierce, who demonstrated his breadth of knowledge and experience; he was our unanimous choice.'
