Northstone Materials Frontline Leadership Programme

On Thursday, 14th March, the first Northstone Materials Frontline Leadership Programme (FLP) drew to a close with the delivery of module 6 and a graduation ceremony attended by the Leadership Team.

CRH recognises that ongoing investment in providing safer equipment, procedures and processes is only effective when coupled with investment in developing our frontline leaders.  The global FLP is investment in every single frontline leader enabling them to create and maintain safer places to work everyday.  Our team join over 2000 frontline leaders who have completed modules 1 to 6 and graduated from the core curriculum.  Every working day in CRH, modules are being delivered somewhere in the world.
