Launch of the first CRH Employee Development Programme

Delighted to celebrate the launch of the first CRH Employee Development Programme, with 60 participants from CRH businesses across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Wonderful to see such a diverse group of employees, in terms of geographical location, skills and experience coming together for their personal development. Working in teams with business mentors they have six months to identify solutions to real business challenges.

The programme is hosted by Nicola O’Malley, lead by Ray Molyneaux and sponsored by Donal Rigney.
