Jim Dougherty 25 Year Anniversary

On March 22, 1999, Jim Dougherty joined the Readymix Limited team as a block operative in Ballynahinch. In 2005, he was appointed Foreman of the Cemex Ballynahinch Blocks operation, where he remained following a change in ownership from Cemex to Northstone.

With the mothballing of Ballynahinch, Jim can now be found helping with the block production in Craigantlet, where he is a valued member of the block team. Jim has made blocks in all of our locations and has even ventured across to the Isle of Man to assist with their block production.
