Ireland Materials graduate class of 2024

On the 30th May 2025, the Ireland Materials graduate class of 2024 gathered at The Osprey Hotel, Naas to conclude the IBEC stage of their graduate programme by delivering project presentations to the senior management team.

Along with their peers, Northstone's Emma Graham (Civil Engineering Graduate) and Emma O'Brien (Environmental Graduate) delivered their presentations. Emma Graham's project focused on the installation of the asphalt plant at Craigantlet, whilst Emma O'Brien, presented on the implementation of waste management exemptions for the temporary storage of Asphalt Waste Containing Cold Tar (AWCCT) at Northstone Materials.

Presentations over, the graduates had the opportunity to relax and were delighted to receive their certificates marking the completion of the Ibec Academy phase of their graduate programme.

With the hardwork complete, it was time to celebrate, which the graduates did in style! Well done to all. We look forward to your continuing contributions within your respective businesses.
