Innovation Shunt Our Special Products Team is innovating a new proprietary resin system in partnership with PPG Traffic Solutions. 

The new ‘NorthRevive’ MMA resin surface treatment allows fast curing of a new durable, high skid-resistant surface over a poor oxidised asphalt, where traditional asphalt re-surfacing isn’t possible due to poor plant access, time restriction and/or due to installation on structurally suspect aged structures. 

Credit to Translink and Lowry Building & Civil Engineering for approaching Northstone to aid the development of a solution for their railway facilities. Work has started on a platform at Portadown Railway Station, with further works planned.
