Hanna Miskimmin Successfully Completes the IBEC 2024 Graduate Programme.

Congratulations to our Sustainability Graduate, Hanna Miskimmin, who has successfully completed the IBEC 2024 Graduate Programme.

On Friday 28th June, graduates from across Ireland Materials and Irish Cement gathered at The Osprey Hotel, Kildare to present their projects to senior management from Roadstone, Northstone, Irish Cement, and Kemek. Also in attendance was IBEC Facilitator, Fintan Ryan who has had the opportunity to watch our graduates grow and develop and was extremely proud of their achievements.

Hanna delivered an excellent presentation entitled, "Data Matters: Streamlining the Northstone Materials Fuel Ordering System". She presented her subject matter and described her search for an effective solution. Hanna's project recommendations have been implemented, adding value to the Northstone Materials operations.

In the first year of their graduate programme, as well as gaining hands-on operational experience, responsibility and ownership from day one, graduates complete a tailored IBEC Diploma in Professional Competence accredited by Technical University Dublin.
