Flexing Together!

In Q1 of 2023 our health safety and environmental team delivered our Flex Together initiative. Our team focused on helping each of our locations and squads close out the safety observations and action items that are on our Flex health and safety management system. 
 

This initiative built upon the success of our employee H&S consultations last year and recognised the high number of quality safety observations received from our workforce. 
 

Our Flex Together initiative is about harnessing the power of team and working together to create a safer, healthier work environment.
