Farewell to Colin Allen

On Friday, 28th of June 2024, the team in Dunmurry came together to bid farewell to Colin Allen, Group Financial Controller, who retired from the business. Colin joined the CRH Group in 1988 as a company accountant for Breton Ulster.  Colin said, "Since then, the years have just flown by", adding that "during my years of service, I have grown both professionally and personally. Northstone has provided invaluable opportunities for me to learn and develop my skills."

As Colin reflects on his career, he is filled with immense satisfaction. Stating that, "together in the accounts department, we have achieved great milestones and overcome numerous challenges."

Colin's plans include developing his musical journey both through playing and also sound engineering for live acoustic performances.
