edp Class Mid-Year Event

On the 17th of September, the edp class of 24, met at the Knightsbook Hotel, Co. Meath for their mid-year event.

The day took the form of a getting to know you icebreaker, presentations from experts within the represented businesses and valuable time together to work with fellow team members on the assigned project title.

A main element of the day was the presentation of an incredible €20,000 to this year’s nominated charity, Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity.

Natalie Ryan from the Lighthouse came along to receive the cheque on behalf of the charity. A video montage highlighted the efforts the teams went to, and their efforts were supplemented by the company in rounding up the total to the €20,000.

In thanking the participants, Natalie gave a personal thanks to each group: The Opportunists (who raised the most money), Lack of AI, The Toolbox Talkers, Culture Club, 5 Alive, The Brainstormers, The Beatles, The Opportunists, Knightlights, Rock 'n' Roaders.

Nicola O’Malley HR Director brought the day to a close, wishing all the participants a safe journey home adding that we are all looking forward to the presentations and celebration event in November!
