DAERA Minister Andrew Muir (Alliance Party) visits Craigantlet Quarry

Whilst visiting in his capacity as MLA, the newly appointed DAERA Minister Andrew Muir (Alliance Party) visited Craigantlet Quarry on Friday, 9th February 2024, to discuss the location development plans. Andrew was keen to hear about the project before any constituent queries when the work commences.

This was also an excellent opportunity to inform Andrew about the Northstone Materials business and how important the agricultural sector and our partnership with the Ulster Farmers Union and Young Farmers'? Clubs of Ulster are to us.

Minister Muir was particularly interested in our Lime Operations at Carmean Limeworks and promised to visit this site soon.
