Congratulations to Judith Napier on reaching a significant milestone in her career!
We are delighted to celebrate Judith's 30 years of dedicated service with our organisation. She joined us on 17 May 1993 as a Personal Assistant to Graham McQuillan in RJ Maxwell, Bushmills Road, Coleraine. However, it quickly became apparent that Judith possessed exceptional talents that were not fully utilised in her initial role. With this realisation, she transitioned to the Purchase Ledger department, where she contributed to the success of the team under the guidance of various managers, including David Garvin, Paul Murray, Helen Boyd, and Tom Gilliland. For a decade, Judith made valuable contributions in this position.
Following her tenure in the Purchase Ledger department, Judith lent her support to Dessie White in wages and assisted Uel Mairs with contracts. Her versatility and willingness to take on new challenges exemplified her commitment to the organisation. Eventually, Judith found her calling in the credit control department, where she has excelled ever since. As a credit controller, she engages with different customers on a daily basis and relishes the enjoyable interactions she has with them. The camaraderie and good-natured banter she shares with customers have become a significant part of her job satisfaction.
Judith's dedication and hard work over the past three decades have been instrumental in shaping our organisation's success. Her commitment to excellence and her ability to adapt to different roles are commendable. We are truly grateful to have Judith as part of our team, and we extend our heartfelt congratulations to her on this incredible milestone. Please join us in celebrating Judith's achievements and in wishing her continued success in her career with us.
