Congratulations to Alister Clarke on reaching 35 years of service at Northstone
Congratulations to Alister Clarke on reaching 35 years of service at Northstone.
Alister started his career back in 1987, producing blocks in Ballygawley. He caught the driving bug for HGV’s in 1994. On completing his HGV test, he started his long career as a concrete mixer driver based in Ballygawley.
In more recent times, Alister has covered many Northstone locations, including presently Newry, Craigavon and Mountfield, and has supplied concrete to several prestigious projects over the years, including the Omagh Hospital and the Belfast Campus for the University of Ulster and has been involved in the company’s largest pour to date at Drumaroad for Graham.
Alister is also one of the main drivers supplying Northstone liquid screed products throughout Northern Ireland. In his time, Alister has driven a range of concrete mixers, but he is particularly proud to be driving the company’s new Cancer Focus livery mixer truck.
In his spare time, Alister is a keen golfer and competes for his local Aughnacloy Golf Club.
The company would like to thank Alister for his 35 years of dedicated service and wish him many more.
