Apprentice Story From Rebecca Simpson
"I have gained a lot of experience within my first 6 months in different parts of the business (estimating, roofing, site visits etc.) and I still have a lot to learn. I feel supported as an apprentice
and although there is a lot of uni work to cover, it is still manageable.
The topics I am studying tie into what I am doing in work. I personally believe I have an advantage over other people my age and know eventually working alongside uni will pay off for me in the future. I look forward to continuing to gain further experience with Northstone and I am excited for the months ahead."
